*** State Sponsored Life Insurance Allotment Errors

The State Sponsored Life Insurance administrator for the NGAOK, Militia Administrative Services, recently sent letters to approximately 400 Oklahoma National Guard members asking them to update their allotment form to correct for an over/under payment of their insurance premium.  These letters were necessary to "clean up" individual allotments that were not adjusted last June when the State of Oklahoma stopped paying the SSLI premium for our National Guardsmen.  Please take the time to complete the allotment forms attached to the letters.  Additionally, it may also be a good time to review your coverage.
