Tracy is a Colonel and has been a member of the Oklahoma Air
National Guard for the past 19 years. He is a third generation Oklahoma
guardsman. His grandfather was a Chief Master Sergeant in the Air National
Guard and his father was a Warrant Officer in the Army National Guard. Tracy
spent 16 years as a Navigator on the C-130 aircraft and earned the
aeronautical rating of Master Navigator.  His total military flight time of
3,384 hours includes 289 combat sorties (438 hours) and 92 combat support
sorties (207 hours). He has served as a technician for the past 12 years and
currently works in the USPFO as an Internal Auditor. His military assignment
is with the Oklahoma Air National Guard State Staff. Tracy earned a
Bachelor's of Science from the University of Central Oklahoma, is a graduate
of Squadron Officer School, Air Command and Staff College, and Air War
College. He is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Business
Administration.

 Tracy was elected to the NGAOK Board of Directors in April 2007 as Officer,
137th Airlift Wing, but was later appointed as Treasurer to fill the vacant
executive position . Tracy has previously been a member of the following
committees: Ways and Means committee, Membership sub-committee, Time and
Place Committee (Chairman), and Resolutions Committee. He was elected to the
position of Vice President for Air in April 2009 and will remain in that
position until April 2011 when he will become the Association President.
Tracy and his wife of 15 years, Robin, live in Edmond and have two children.
